Dealers that sell without this charge may be shipping illegally. Refund /Cancellation Policy: Hazardous Materials Shipments cannot be refunded after acceptance of the shipment. If you do not want the product, it must be refused at time of delivery, but Hazmat and shipping charges still apply. No shipping or Hazardous Materials charges will be refunded. Any shipment that does not include a Hazardous Material can be refunded or exchanged for up to 30 days after purchase, less shipping and handling charges. To obtain a refund or exchange you must call us and have it approved. Damaged shipments must be reported to UPS within 5 days of receipt.
